7. Prohibited Activities and Enforcement

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Platform access termination:

8. Comprehensive Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StatusVideo, its affiliates, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your Platform usage. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for data loss, profit loss, business interruption, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of such damage possibilities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or Platform usage shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid for Platform access in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.

9. Service Warranties and Disclaimers
